The names data is credited to Uyghur Language and comes from the open-source uyghur-language/names repository . It is used under the MIT License.ئىسىملار مەلۇماتى Uyghur Language غا مەنسۇپ بولۇپ، ئوچۇق مەنبەلىك uyghur-language/names ئامبىرىدىن ئېلىنغان. ئۇ MIT ئىجازەتنامىسى بويىچە ئىشلىتىلدى.

The local primary file is decoded from UTF-16 little-endian during development, parsed into individual records, checked for duplicates and malformed fields, and saved as UTF-8 JSON.
